The Apple AirTag tracking device is a great gift idea-it is both convenient and practical. Its price is also very reasonable. A pack of 4 AirTags is priced at US$99, and a single AirTag is priced at US$29, but you can shop around and save a few dollars.

Apple holds holiday shopping events during the Black Friday weekend, offering gift cards instead of actual discounts. Apple offers Apple gift cards worth $25 and AirTag 4 packaging for $99, which is the best price we have seen so far.

If you are a military or veteran, you can shop at the Apple Military Store, where you can enjoy a 10% discount on any purchase. You need to use ID.me to verify your military identity.

AirTag 4 Pack discounts may appear during Black Friday, but currently Amazon only offers discounts of a few dollars. We have not seen any significant discounts for each AirTag device priced at $29.

Since AirTag does not have a key ring hole, you need to use accessories to connect it to the backpack or key set. Amazon sells the dark navy AirTag Loop for $18.25, saving $10.75 from the regular price. In addition, the saddle brown leather ring sells for $34, saving $5.

The four-piece Pelican Protector series stick-on stand in four colors (black, orange, lime green, and gray) sells for $35 on Amazon, which is $15 less than the suggested retail price.

These offers are usually for the AirTag 4 pack ($99), and a single AirTag ($29) is rarely sold.

As we pointed out in the AirTag review, the AirTag device does not have a key ring hole, so you may need to purchase accessories to fasten it to a key ring, bag, or other items. Apple sells key rings, luggage tags, and other AirTag accessories. You can find many third-party AirTag accessories on Amazon.

AirTag has a removable CR2032 battery that users can easily replace. You do not need to replace the battery temporarily, but if you do notice that the AirTag does not work, please try to replace the battery.

If you have an Apple Card, please use it with Apple Pay. You can get 3% cash back for purchases in the Apple Store, and 2% cash back for all other purchases made with Apple Pay. If you use a physical Apple Card, you will only get a 1% return.
